Survive Them
Streuners are rubber-neckers. They surround you just to watch and not to interfere. A ship with a speed of 300 or more can easily fly away too fast for them to follow. If they do swarm you or you want to kill them, they are the easiest NPC to kill. They only fire at you if you shoot them.
Exception
Partial kill rewards are given in X-1 after level 6. Full rewards are granted for streuners in X-2 regardless of level.
